My partner, Matt surprised me with a trip to Dublin for St Patrick's Day for a birthday treat. We had a great time doing all the tourist attractions – open top bus ride, Jameson's Old Distillery, Guiness Storehouse and a boat trip along the River Liffey and not forgetting the St Patrick's Day parade – We stood for hours waiting for the procession to arrive along with thousands of others all clad in green but it was worth the crowds and the waiting.  The Theme was “ The Sky's the Limit”  and the size of the structures in the procession, the energy of the performers and the bright vivid colours were great to photograph.
